Customer Networks take advantage of bulk energy purchasing and in some cases supplemented with solar to provide low energy rates to a group of consumers.
The building purchases its electricity or natural gas through one 'gateway' connection and then on charges this to each tenant for their share.
Each tenant is metered with their own individual smart meter and are only charged for what they use!
